You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — and you don’t need to give a reason.

After cancelling, you then have another 14 days to return the product to us. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Please note:
 • Return shipping costs from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense
• The item must be returned (if reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories
