Our giveaways are joyfully organised by Little Dutch Shop B.V. in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Below you'll find the most important terms:

Participation & selection
 • Participation is free, usually via email or a sign-up form
 • One entry per person
 • Minimum age: 16 years
 • Winners are selected fairly and at random
 • No correspondence about the results

Campaign period & announcement
• The duration of the giveaway is always stated clearly
• Winners will be personally notified within 5 working days after the giveaway ends, using the provided email address

Prizes & shipping
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other products
• For promotions with free gifts: while supplies last

Data & privacy
• Your information is only used for the giveaway
• After entering, you’ll receive a maximum of one weekly email from Little Dutch — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email

Other terms
• We follow the Dutch Advertising Code for Social Media and the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (2014)
• Little Dutch reserves the right to modify the giveaway or terms at any time (but never to your disadvantage)
• In unforeseen situations, Little Dutch will decide
