Did you just place your order and notice the mistake in time?
Please send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] with your correct address and order number. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might still be able to update it.

Is your package already on its way?
Unfortunately, we can no longer change the address. In most cases, the parcel is automatically returned to us. Once we’ve received it, we’ll refund your payment.
