As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with a track & trace link.
This allows you to see exactly where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
You can also check the status of your order in your account. Here’s what the statuses mean:
Confirmed: we’ve received your order, but it hasn’t been shipped yet. Our warehouse team will get to work packing it for you.
Shipped: your order has left our warehouse. You’ll automatically receive a track & trace link by email to follow your parcel.

Check your spam or junk mail folder
Or send us a message at [email protected] with your order number (note: it always starts with a C, for example C123456) — we’re happy to help!
