Yes, absolutely! We actually recommend that you always send your return with a track & trace code.

This way, you can keep an eye on when your package arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive the track & trace code from the shipping point (such as DHL or PostNL) where you dropped off your return parcel.

Once we’ve received and processed your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
