Here’s how to make up your baby’s bed safely:
• Make the bed up short — place your baby with their feet touching the foot of the bed
• Tuck the sheet and blanket in tightly — so your little one can’t slip under
• Don’t use a duvet, cot bumper or pillow — these are only safe after age 2
• Keep an eye on the temperature — make sure your baby doesn’t get too warm
